About Ember & Ash

Our Story

Ember & Ash began as a small songwriting circle in the misty hills of Asheville, North Carolina. Over campfires and late-night jam sessions, the band crafted a sound that marries Appalachian folk traditions with modern, emotionally driven storytelling. Every performance is a heartfelt conversation with their audience — a reflection on love, loss, and the resilience of small towns and untamed landscapes.
